great service but room bedding could improve

The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I appreciated the personal attention from the owner and the chef, creating a warm atmosphere during dinner.

The twin bed arrangement was not ideal for me.

such a lovely hotel in the middle of shaftesbury! the four-poster bed was super comfy and the room was dressed really well. the food was amazin too, especially the venison with blackberries, which was incredible! the owners were so friendly and made us feel welcome the whole time. breakfast was top-notch with fresh orange juice and all that good stuff.

the parking area is a bit tricky to get into and the bathroom was kinda small.

the fleur had a great location, just a short walk to the center of town. our superior double room was lovely, and the breakfast was fantastic. the hosts were incredibly kind, fixing my snagged backpack zipper with ease. it really made our stay special. guests rave about the cozy lodgings and delicious meals. we enjoyed a delightful sugar cookie left in the tin!
